DX Never Forgets to Speed Up the Dispatch! (Video)

Speeding up the order processing has become the most important work in DealExtreme.com now. Due to the Chinese New Year holiday, thousands of orders are pending and delayed.

To deal with the increasing orders and to address your concerns voiced on Facebook and in the forums, DX has taken a series of measures such as enlarging the warehouse, streamlining processing, and enhancing the methods of delivery. As you can see, a new warehouse was built for more stocks.

    Deal extreme promise to rush orders but nothing ever seems to happen. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

    Hallo DX,

    We order a vieuw weeks ago some stuff ( begin of febr 2012 ), the problem is now that recived not everthing.
    We order keramic knives but the ware not by the last delivery.
    We only recived a ipod cable ( 2 m long ) and a solar adapter/battery

    So please can you help us

    Nice to know that DX made a video of their production line. In fact, i think every company that does online selling should have a video on it. I would have to say this video is so much better than the others produced by DX. Also, i planned to head down to the HK warehouse when i was in HK last week to pick up my order. ( if it’s even possible). Can u say if that is possible?

    I hope with this, less customers will be complaining about DX. I’m a frequent buyer of Deal Extreme (almost 2 years with a LOT of purchases) and this year I had my first problem with it. A 2 months’ expensive backorder that I had to cancel it. I’m very disappointed with this canceled order and I hope the next one don’t take so long to nothing happens.
