Overseas Warehouses in the UK and US Completed
Great news here! To respond to complaints about long delivery times, DealExtreme has built overseas warehouses in the UK and the US to ensure that customers get their packages faster. With strict operating delivery systems in place, customers in the UK, Western Europe, and the US no longer need to wait a long time for their packages’ arrival. At this time we have only some of the hottest DX products available in limited quantities since the warehouses were just recently completed. However, more products will be added in the future to better meet your requirements.
What’s the difference between the products in the overseas warehouses and the DX warehouse? None, they are totally the same! Only the SKU number is a little bit different. For the products in the US warehouse, 9001 will be added to the front of the SKU number for example, the memory-LED-flashlight’s SKU number is 36356 so the SKU number for the product in the US warehouse will be 900136356. For the SKU number of the products in UK warehouse, we will add 9044 to the front, so the SKU number of the memory-LED-flashlight in the UK warehouse is 904436356.
If you want to check stock on a product in one of the overseas warehouses, simply add 9001 or 9044 in front of the SKU number. E.G: www.dealextreme.com/p/900136356 or www.dealextreme.com/p/904436356. We have created web pages for each warehouse so that you can easily check availability. Due to the constantly changing inventory, the product may be unavailable at our overseas warehouse when you make the order, if so, our customer service department will contact you about shipping from Hong Kong by airmail in order to reduce shipping time. If you do not agree, a full refund will be arranged and we will send you some gift cards as reimbursement for any problem caused.
From the UK warehouse, 11 countries are currently available for delivery: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Denmark, Ireland, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy, and Portugal. We plan to add more countries to the delivery list in the future so that most customers can get their packages in a short time. Please note at this time that the US warehouse is only available to customers in the US.
The US, UK, and Western Europe are not the only regions to benefit, we currently have a AU warehouse in progress to better serve our Australian customers and DX will build more overseas warehouses in the future to speed up delivery no matter where you are!
